Four Mile Historic Park, Denver’s oldest standing house and a working 12-acre living history site along Cherry Creek, has free daytime general admission on Friday, Sept. 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (last entry 3:30). It is one of the park’s SCFD free days.
Say hello to the park’s horses, goats, chickens and pigs, try gold panning, walk the gardens, and catch a guided house-museum tour between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. On regular days admission is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors and military, $6 for ages 7-17, and free for kids 6 and under.
