Highlands Ranch gets a short, kid-sized Nutcracker the weekend before Thanksgiving. Nutcracker Highlights, presented by the Highlands Ranch Cultural Affairs Association with International Youth Ballet, plays four one-hour shows at Southridge Recreation Center from Friday, Nov. 20 through Sunday, Nov. 22, 2026.
HRCA describes it as a one-hour version of the classic ballet made for young audiences, with the beauty of the full production in a shorter sitting. Every child takes home a special Nutcracker gift. Showtimes are Friday at 6 p.m., Saturday at 3 and 6 p.m., and Sunday at 3 p.m. Ticket prices and a ticket link are not on the event page yet, so check HRCA’s listing or call the association before you go.
