If Sunday morning gets away from you, Holy Ghost Catholic Church at 19th and California streets in downtown Denver has a late option. The parish’s schedule lists a Sunday Mass with its contemporary choir from 5:10 to 6:10 p.m., including this Sunday, Oct. 18.
Confession is listed from 4:40 to 5:40 p.m. beforehand. Parking downtown is easier on a Sunday than you might expect: the parish notes that the metered spaces around the church do not charge on Sundays. Earlier in the day, the schedule also lists Masses at 7 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m. in Latin and noon.
