On the first Thursday of the month, Golden Library hosts an informal hour for ukulele players to meet other enthusiasts and play some songs together. It is a play-along, not a lesson: bring your own ukulele and know the basics. The library says the gathering is best suited for ages 13 and up. The next one is Thursday, Nov. 5, from 6 to 7 p.m.
