Each month Hudson Gardens teams up with the Front Range Birding Company, the Littleton bird shop, for a guided walk through the gardens’ bird habitats. October’s walk is Saturday, Oct. 24, from 8 to 11 a.m. The gardens say it works for people new to birding and for experienced birders, and that walkers come away with identification tips, birding techniques and a better read on local wildlife. The group is limited to 12, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
