Once a month, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Parish in south Denver celebrates Mass by candlelight. The Candlelight Mass is on the third Thursday of each month at 7 p.m., and the parish lists the next one for Thursday, Oct. 15.
The evening starts at 6 p.m. with adoration, and a priest is available to hear confessions. A social follows Mass. In warmer months the parish holds the Mass outdoors by its grotto and moves into the church when it is cold; October’s is listed in the church.
