Flatirons Community Church’s Couples Connect opens a new eight-week semester on Thursday, Oct. 1, meeting from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Lafayette campus through Nov. 19. It is a midsize group, which at Flatirons means teaching followed by small-group conversation at tables, and this semester’s theme is ‘God’s Design for Relationships: Discovering Love, Identity & Connection Through His Truth,’ covering identity, dating, emotional intimacy, communication and forgiveness.
The church says it is for couples at any stage, married, dating or exploring, and for long-time believers, new believers and people still deciding what they think. Childcare runs during the group for a flat $15 per child for the whole semester, with scholarships available. Registration is through the church’s groups portal.
