Fort Collins Museum of Discovery hosts the third of four Handwriting the Constitution sessions on Monday, Oct. 12, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m., with doors at 5:30 p.m. Participants meet to copy out the U.S. Constitution by hand. The museum describes it as a social art project started in 2017 by artist Morgan O’Hara, meant to help people know their rights and better understand the laws that protect them.
The evening is pay what you can, and registration is required. The museum’s ticket page offers tiers of $0, $5, $10, $15 and $20, and it was not marked sold out when we checked on Oct. 4. Copies of the Constitution, pens and paper are supplied, and you can bring your own favorite writing tools. An age range is not listed, and the date of the fourth session is not listed in the museum’s October roundup.
