The littlest trick-or-treaters get downtown to themselves the morning before Halloween. Tiny Tot Halloween invites costumed preschool and kindergarten-aged kids and their parents or guardians to trick-or-treat at participating Downtown Fort Collins businesses on Friday, Oct. 30, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The organizer promises fright-free fun, photo ops and candy, and posts the list of participating businesses on its page.
