Windsor Parks, Recreation and Culture hosts its 8th annual Halloween Carnival on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, from noon to 4 p.m. at Boardwalk Community Park. The town describes a family afternoon of trick-or-treating, face painting, inflatables and food trucks, and kids are encouraged to wear costumes and bring a candy bucket.
Admission is free. The carnival is timed to go with the Windsor Downtown Alliance’s Downtown Trick-or-Treat on Main Street, so families can add stops at local businesses the same afternoon. The town’s announcement does not list registration or an age limit.
