Next weekend’s pumpkin patch at Four Mile Historic Park sits beside a house built in 1859, which the park calls Denver’s oldest standing structure. The city has owned the house and the land around it since 1975, and this short “History Minute” from the City and County of Denver’s own channel is about the house. Watch it before you go to the Pumpkin Harvest Festival on Oct. 17 and 18, since museum tours are part of the ticket.
