Nearly everything on this list is free, and most of it is in daylight, which makes Loveland and Johnstown an easy Halloween for families with small kids: shopping-center trick-or-treating at Centerra, a church carnival and a YMCA trunk-or-treat in Johnstown, a downtown Trick-or-Treat Street on Halloween morning and a church trunk-or-treat in Loveland that afternoon. This page lists every Halloween event in Loveland and Johnstown that we have verified against its organizer, in date order, with the time and the cost on each line. Every item links to our full listing, which has the address and the official source.
