Halloween lands on a Saturday this year, and Downtown Johnstown is using the morning for its annual Trick-or-Treat Street. The Johnstown Downtown Development Authority runs the free community event on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon, with local businesses handing out candy.
Along with the candy, the organizer lists activities for kids, Halloween-themed entertainment, movie and character appearances and specials at local businesses. The event page gives the location only as Downtown Johnstown, without a street address, a map of participating businesses or parking details. A morning time slot leaves the evening open for neighborhood trick-or-treating.
