Bemis Public Library is holding a Costume and Dress-up Swap. Families can donate gently used costumes and dress-up clothes at the Children’s Desk from Oct. 3 through Oct. 9, then come to the swap on Saturday, Oct. 10, between 10 and 11 a.m. Each child and teen gets a ticket for one costume or outfit from the swap, and the library says donations are not required to participate.
