Columbine Library’s late-morning Family Time on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026, runs from 11:15 to 11:45 a.m. and is built for families with kids of mixed ages: Jefferson County Public Library lists it for babies, toddlers and preschoolers at once, so nobody has to split up by age group. Expect stories, dancing, singing and rhyming.
The library ties the program to its 1000 Books Before Kindergarten effort and encourages caregivers to keep sharing books at home, rereading favorites included. It is a free, drop-in half hour, and for homeschool families it pairs well with Homeschool ACES, which meets in the same building at 1 p.m. today for ages 6 to 11.
