The model trains are running at Hudson Gardens in Littleton three mornings a week. The G-Scale Garden Railroad is open from 9 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and visitors can stop by the Railroad Garden any time in that window.
The railroad is free, and so is admission to Hudson Gardens every day of the year. The gardens’ calendar lists the railroad on Oct. 6, 8, 10, 13, 15 and 17. No later dates were posted when we checked, so families with a train fan at home may want to go soon.
