Know before you go
- Fossil Creek Nursery, 7029 S. College Ave., Fort Collins. Saturday, Oct. 3, noon to 3 p.m.
- Free admittance, hayrides and games. The nursery asks for an online RSVP so it knows how many people to expect, but says the event is open to the public and you can come without one.
- The page does not name the bands or food trucks, and does not say whether face painting is free.
- Make a day of it: the Tour de Corgi parades through Old Town at noon the same day, and the Larimer County Farmers’ Market runs 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
