Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, and Longmont starts it early. The city’s Halloween Parade gathers at Roosevelt Park at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31, and the parade heads down Main Street at 10 a.m. The city’s page lists Trick-or-Treat Street as part of the morning. It is free, and no registration is needed.
