Honey B’s Macarons is a French macaron bakery with a storefront on Springer Drive in Highlands Ranch. Its website says Michelle Naherny founded it in 2014 as a passion project, inspired by her daughter’s wish to bake macarons together at home, and that it grew from a home project into a bakery.
In 2023, according to the About page, Naherny handed the business to sisters Aubrey and Amanda. Aubrey, a pastry chef, is head baker and Amanda runs day-to-day operations. The site says they still use the original recipes and techniques.
What they do
The macarons are made by hand and labeled gluten free; the shop’s FAQ says they are made with almond flour rather than wheat flour. The flavor list runs from salted caramel, pistachio, dark chocolate and birthday cake to lavender, London fog, matcha and honey, plus a short list of alcohol-infused flavors. The honey has its own story: the About page says the bakery uses Colorado mountain honey from the founder’s husband, a beekeeper, and the shop sells jars of wildflower honey too. The site also offers build-your-own boxes, custom designs, corporate gifts and shipping within the continental United States.
