The Aurora History Museum is holding a homeschool day at Centennial House, one of Aurora’s first homes, on Friday, Oct. 9. Families tour the historic house, then work through games and activities built around how the city got its start.
The session runs from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and costs $8 per participating child. The city’s listing is tagged for children, tweens and teens, roughly ages 6 to 18. Registration is required and goes through Aurora’s Active Communities system.
