SMALL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT

Happy Lucky’s Teahouse

Local Business Spotlight: Happy Lucky’s Teahouse, the Old Town Fort Collins tea shop owned by George and Kari Grossman since 2009, with more than 200 loose leaf teas on its Great Wall of Tea at 236 Walnut St.

By

Happy Lucky’s Teahouse says culture, lifestyle, health and happiness boil down to three elements: water, tea and time. That has been the message since 2009 from owners George and Kari Grossman and the staff they call Leafsters. The shop’s Great Wall of Tea holds more than 200 loose leaf options, a selection Happy Lucky’s describes as the largest in the state of Colorado.

What they do

The shop sells loose leaf tea and ships it anywhere in the country. Its Leafsters help customers explore the wall and make recommendations by palate and lifestyle, whether the customer is already a tea lover or, as the shop puts it, new to the brew. The teahouse’s mottos are Nourish Your Happy and Be Your Lucky.
